YogaSix Foothill Ranch

In a nutshell, we are a modern approach to yoga, full sensory experience, with mood lighting, an amazing sound system, cold towels, scents (like lavender, orange, etc). We have both hot and warm classes and all levels of Yoga students are welcome! We are also going to have TRX in some of our classes as well. Our 6 core classes are Y6 101, Y6 Slow Flow, Y6 Sculpt & Flow, Y6 Hot, and Y6 Power.
